摘要: Tumor-derived cell lines have served as vital models to advance our understanding of oncogene function and therapeutic responses. Although substantial effort has been made define the genomic constitution cancer line panels, transcriptome remains understudied. Here we describe RNA sequencing single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) array analysis 675 human lines. We report comprehensive analyses features including gene expression, mutations, fusions expression non-human sequences. Of 2,200 catalogued, 1,435 consist genes not previously found in fusions, providing many leads for further investigation. combine multiple genome a pathway-based approach enhance prediction response targeted therapeutics. Our results provide valuable resource studies that use
