摘要: ABSTRACT The flowers of the Mediterranean genus Ophrys imitate important specific sexual releasing factors aculeate hymenopteran females. They attract males who attempt to copulate with labellum searching for During this “pseudocopulation,” insects perform pollination. As relation is highly specific, pollinators serve as prepollinating isolation factors. This illustrated by many examples. We consider it evident that have a strong selective effect on flowers. By comparing characters and their pollinators, we try bring an indirect proof hypothesis1. pollinator usually acts mechanism, speciation in always consequence change pollinator. discuss some ideas about how might occurred attraction pollination modality pseudocopulation developed during evolution.
