摘要: Pediatric varicocele has an overall prevalence of 15%, being more frequent as puberty begins. It can damage testicular function, interfering with Sertoli cell proliferation and hormone secretion, growth spermatogenesis. Proper management a pivotal role for future fertility preservation. The aim this review was to discuss the diagnosis, treatment childhood adolescent from endocrinologic perspective, illustrating current evidence European Society Urology (ESPU), Association (EAU), American Urological (AUA) Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) scientific societies.
