摘要: The thesis focuses on the firms’ business performance in China, along with growth of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows and reforms institutions. This research employs New Institutional Economics (NIEs) as a theoretical basis, seeking to identify mechanism interaction between FDI, ownership change, institutions China. economic reforms, which started 1980s continued thereafter, not only led an unprecedented level FDI inflow into China increased role private sector country, but also had more serious implications that formal informal Chinese economy remains largely under control Communist Party. study considers change appropriate connection inflows, improvement performance, context both paper aims provide supporting evidence for institutional approaches transition environment. author chooses World Business Environment Survey (WBES) data source explore relations performances enterprises measured by sales investment.
