摘要: Abstract Correlation between cyclic AMP and glycerol free fatty acid release was studied in brown fat of normal rats exposed to cold for different periods, varying from 20 days 6 months. Comparison with white epididymal always made at the same time. Cyclic synthesis final triglyceride hydrolysis, are strictly related rats, both under basal conditions stimulation (in presence noradrenaline and/or theophylline). Such a correlation maintained 4° months, but only conditions. In contrast, when cold-acclimated incubated theophylline, accumulation still increased, this increase not associated lipolysis. An analogous dissociation found epidymal anaerobic Results obtained propranolol phenoxybenzamine indicate that brown, as well fat, interaction catecholamines beta receptor is activation adenylate cyclase. The alpha effect seems be inhibition cyclase reduced accumulation.
