摘要: Nurses compose the largest segment of employees in U.S. health care industry. whose professional functioning is impaired because substance abuse represent a threat to and safety patients, other staff, themselves. Attitudes toward use have been studied relation nurses’ intentions (decisions) report colleagues. Whether, what extent, these attitudes may interact with characteristics “offense” influence practice unknown. In this article we analyze variety nursing scenarios, obtained using policy-capturing method, determine extent which held by “reporter” moderating effects offense characteristics.
