摘要: The residual stress distributions near the laser irradiation in a crystal grain of an electrical steel sheet were measured by X-ray measurement method for single crystal, order to investigate causes magnetic domain refinement which can apply decrease core loss. specimen has only one was machined from grain-oriented silicon and applied on this specimen. distribution half value width (H.V.W.) diffraction profile, indicate level plastic strain, its observed before after relieving annealing. Before annealing, H.V.W. increased because local deformation occurred effect peening process melting, cooling solidification irradiation. Therefore tensile stresses concentrated And then, refined more than After constant at initial relieved. then returned original width. Therefore, it confirmed that due
