摘要: Abstract The metabolic clearance rate (MCR) of dehydroisoandrosterone sulfate (DS) was determined in nonpregnant women, normal pregnant and women with pre-eclampsia. MCR DS markedly elevated compared that subjects, while those severe pre-eclampsia the much lower. A prospective study teen-age primigravid subjects demonstrated that, who remained normal, a progressive increase continued until delivery. In young ultimately developed pre-eclampsia, initially rose to degree comparable or greater than observed normal; however, rather continuing progressively delivery, began decrease 3 4 weeks prior development clinically evident disease. This decline thereafter for remainder pregnancy.
