摘要: Emotional stress triggers takotsubo cardiomyopathy in postmenopausal women. Clinical analysis of autonomic nervous function has revealed a transient increase sympathetic activity and decrease vagal activity. Immobilization (IMO) rats can reproduce the electrocardiographic left ventriculographic changes that occur cardiomyopathy, both which are prevented by combined blockade alpha- beta-adrenoceptors. Estrogen supplementation partially attenuated these cardiac changes.
