摘要: The determination of Best Available Techniques (BAT) plays an essential role in the realisation IPPC-Directive 96/61/EC (concerning integrated pollution prevention and control) all Member States European Union. From a methodological point view, BAT is based on comprehensive cross-media assessment impacts environment general therefore forms multi criteria decision situation. However, exact data for description investigated techniques their potential environmental impact are rarely obtainable. Therefore, support tool identification should also take into account imprecise information. In this paper, Outranking method PROMETHEE has been chosen as support. Enhancements towards consideration information discussed, such fuzzy intervals incomplete sets. application conceived well graphical sensitivity analysis presented with help case study from iron steel making industry.
