摘要: The yeast homeodomain proteins a1 and alpha 2 interact to form a heterodimer that binds DNA with high specificity. recognition element consists of two similar half sites, arranged dyad symmetry separated by fixed number base pairs. We demonstrate in the 2-DNA complex, one these half-sites is bound while other 2. These assignments allow comparison chemical nuclease protection patterns produced both when together hsg operator.
