摘要: We analyze in detail the results of experimental investigations evolution thermal vibration spectra for iron atoms monosilicide FeSi depending on two external parameters, viz., temperature T (in range 46–297 K at pressure P = 0.1 MPa) and MPa–43 GPa 297 K), obtained by nuclear inelastic scattering synchrotron radiation. The decrease atomic volume is accompanied a rearrangement phonon spectrum, which manifested, particular, splitting low-energy peak spectrum an increase energy all phonons. changes average atom vibrational Debye with decreasing are analyzed. Different versions electron variation, can be used to explain observed anomalies, considered.
