摘要: UNLABELLED In bacteria, there exist some small non-coding RNAs (sRNAs) with 40-500 nucleotides in length. Most of them function as posttranscriptional regulation gene expression through binding to their target mRNAs, which Hfq protein acts RNA chaperone. With the increase identified sRNA genes bacterium, prediction targets plays a more important role determining functions. However, are few available computational tools for predicting at present. Here we introduced web server, sRNATarget, genome-scale bacterial targets. The server is based on recently published model uses Naive Bayes method supervised and take secondary structure profile feature. results will be returned users E-mail.
