摘要: The aim of this work is to analyze the ability modulated photothermal radiometry retrieve thermal diffusivity and optical absorption coefficient layered materials simultaneously. First, we extend quadrupole method calculate surface temperature semitransparent multilayered materials. Then, matrix used evaluate influence heat losses by convection radiation, use thin paint layers on accuracy measurements, effect lateral diffusion due Gaussian laser beams. Finally, apply (a) contact resistance in glass stacks (b) depth profiles heterogeneous with continuously varying physical properties, as case functionally graded partially cured dental resins.
