A survey of mobility management in next-generation all-IP-based wireless systems

摘要: Next-generation wireless systems are envisioned to have an IP-based infrastructure with the support of heterogeneous access technologies. One research challenges for next generation all-IP-based is design intelligent mobility management techniques that take advantage technologies achieve global roaming among various call integration and interoperation in networks. In this article current state art next-generation presented. The previously proposed solutions based on different layers reviewed, their qualitative comparisons given. A new network architecture introduced, related open issues discussed detail.
