摘要: Embryonic stem cells (ES cells), bone marrow-derived mesenchymal cells, umbilical cord blood-derived and hepatic in liver have been known as a useful source that can induce to differentiate into hepatocytes. In this study, we examined whether human adipose tissue-derived stromal (hADSC) lineage vitro. hADSC, were induced hepatocyte-like by the treatment of HGF OSM, had morphology similar Addition DMSO enhanced differentiation RT-PCR immunocytochemical analysis showed hADSC express albumin alpha-fetoprotein during differentiation. Differentiated LDL uptake production urea. Additionally, transplanted CCl4-injured SCID mouse model able be differentiated hepatocytes they expressed vivo. Mesenchymal isolated from tissue are immunocompatible easily isolated. Therefore, may become an alternative hepatocyte regeneration or cell transplantation.
