摘要: Guidelines for "do not resuscitate" (DNR) orders recommend joint decisions by physicians and competent patients or families of incompetent patients.1-4However, some fear that discussing DNR with may be thoughtless cruel advocate the physician alone make these decisions.5It is known how actual practice conforms to recommended guidelines whether are feasible.
