摘要: LiBaBO 3 :Ce 3+ phosphor was prepared by solid-state method,and its luminescence characteristics were investigated. shows one asymmetrical band at 440 nm. Monitored nm,the excitation spectrum has a broad 370 The crystallographic sites of Ce in calculated van Uitert formula,the results show that the emission centered 438 nm originates from center nine compounds,and 469 eight compounds. effect concentration on luminescent intensity investigated,the result firstly increases with increasing concentration,and reaches maximal value 3mol% , then decreases. quenching mechanism is dipole-dipole interaction Dexter theory. Under condition doping charge compensator Li + ,Na or K ,the all heightened. relative InGaN-based light emitting diode(LED) investigated,and CIE chromaticity LED ( x =0.291, y =0.297),and blue white emission.
