摘要: OBJECTIVE This study investigates the education and training needs of health professionals factors affecting participation in training. METHODS A survey promotion professionals, GPs CEOs community centres, conducted across different settings locations. Information was obtained on: involvement activities, most useful content format past training, current preferences for barriers incentives to RESULTS Health were involved widest variety including more evaluation, research planning than other who client-focussed activities. Professionals' preference reflected type activities which they frequently involved. Practical courses, short duration, delivered by experienced peers or experts preferred over university TAFE courses.
