摘要: FAM46B is a member of the family with sequence similarity 46. Little known about expression and functional role(s) in prostate cancer (PC). In this study, The Cancer Genome Atlas, GSE55945, an independent hospital database was measured by bioinformatics real-time PCR analysis. After PC cells were transfected siRNA or recombinant vector absence presence β-catenin signaling inhibitor (XAV-939), levels FAM46B, C-myc, Cyclin D1, western blot PCR. Cell cycle progression cell proliferation flow cytometry CCK-8 assay. effects on tumor growth protein nude mice xenografts also measured. Our results showed that downregulated but upregulated patients PC. silencing promoted PC, which abrogated XAV-939. Moreover, overexpression inhibited vitro vivo. through inhibition ubiquitination. data clearly show inhibits ubiquitination β-catenin.
