摘要: Two techniques were used for the elucidation of ion‐molecule reaction mechanisms in alpha radiolysis C2H4 new alpha‐particle mass spectrometer. The corresponding variations percent primary, secondary, and tertiary ions over a tenfold pressure range (to 0.1 mm) to postulate mechanisms. Mixtures C2 hydrocarbons employed increase relative concentrations specific reactant ion, thus independently confirming postulated Polymeric as large C5H9+ observed. Conclusions drawn from this study are compared those appearance potential technique electron impact studies. Values rate constants also several secondary reactions.
