摘要: Magnetic measurements by Nevitt on TiFe can be interpreted the assumption that his specimen is superparamagnetic. It possible to calculate from approximate values of size and number ferromagnetic clusters. The magnetization vector these clusters oscillates at very low temperatures within directions given energy crystal anisotropy. This gives rise term Ccl in specific heat temperatures, due clusters, which added lattice electronic terms. calculation reasonable agreement with experimental found measurements.
