摘要: Detection of antibodies to upper respiratory pathogens is critical surveillance, assessment the immune status individuals, vaccine development, and basic biology. The urgent need for antibody detection tools has proven particularly acute in COVID-19 era. Array-based are desirable as methods assessing broader patterns antigen-specific responses, well providing information on SARS-CoV-2 immunity context pre-existing other viruses. Also, that rapidly quantitatively detect responses antigens using small (fingerstick) quantities blood essential monitoring at a global scale. This talk will describe development two optical sensor platforms (Arrayed Imaging Reflectometry, an integrated photonics platform fabricated AIM Photonics) quantifying pathogens, oriented towards needs multiplex speed.
