摘要: Abstract The reaction of Graphon with O2 has been studied at temperatures between 525° and 675°C, using initial pressures 10 200 mTorr. a sample varying in burn-off zero 28 per cent. Reaction were low enough for secondary reactions to be neglected. A mass spectrometer was used monitor the partial O2, CO CO2. amount stable oxygen complex on surface determined by decomposing it elevated temperatures. Using an interpolation technique, variation product ratio temperature various constant carbon burn-offs oxide formations could determined. ratio, 2 , is given A. exp ( −E RT ) where E = 6.4 kcal/mole independent both surface-oxide formation. On other hand, pre-exponential factor increases increasing decreasing coverage.
