Utilization and consumption pattern of water in urban areas: a study in Sambalpur city of Odisha

摘要: The study was designed to understand the proper utilization and consumption pattern of water in urban areas. In past few years, ground level India is going down. population has been increased exponentially, leading improper use water. Unfortunately, with diminishing resources water, human behaviour towards conservation not changing. During present efforts have made assess different income group consumer’s respect decreasing supply. It observed that due unawareness, people are using more than it needed. finding shows higher area lower people. totally depends on size family. This needs be addressed immediately by changing public perception through media organizing awareness programs. hoped results would benefit development authorities optimizing existing distribution system viz-a-viz society.
