摘要: Cystic fibrosis (CF) is the most common autosomal recessive inherited disease of Caucasian populations. As a result variety diagnostic and therapeutic strategies there has been dramatic increase in life expectancy patients with CF last decades 50% are now adults. This review will focus on adults provision appropriate care. The complex care required to improve survival quality adult can best be provided dedicated cystic unit. These units currently exist many European countries, but more needed Italy.
