摘要: Precise temperature control of FSW benefits from and manipulated signals that are responsive smooth. Accurate measurement tool spindle speed feedback important to control, but often noise in these prevents optimal control. Two different methods developed this paper improve signal quality. A series Bezier curves used compensate which exhibit a periodic arbitrarily-shaped offset. Least-squares fitting is obtain quality derivatives discrete or noisy signals. The method decrease the inaccurate fluctuation measurements reported by telemetry collar error adds no time delay phase shift. least-squares approach estimate only minimal while substantially reducing noise.
