摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate certain heavy metals (Hg, Pb, Cd, Cu) in 144 samples cephalopods, identify weekly metal intakes and evaluate potential health risks. average concentrations the arm, expressed mg/kg, were: Hg 0.017 (less than limit detection (LOD) 0.059), Pb 0.024 LOD 0.092), Cd 0.030 0.627) Cu 2.536 5.837). concentration internal organs, 0.063 (from 0.008 0.543), 0.579 2.344), 15.200 0.654 75.29) 201.706 2.412 856.4). Heavy were higher organs arm. Of four metals, ratio arm highest for cadmium. Hg, from Octopus minor 0.2%, 0.08%, 0.20% 0.00%, respectively 1.0%, 0.96%, 92.28% 0.05% as compared PTWI (provisional tolerable intakes) established by FAO/WHO Expert Committee Food Safety Evaluation.
