摘要: Abstract Cool roofs are an inexpensive method to save energy and improve the comfort level in buildings mild hot climates. A high scale implementation of cool Andalusia, south Spain, could potentially 295,000 kWh per year, considering only residential with flat using electrical heating. At current prices, consumers can 59 million euros annually electricity costs emission 136,000 metric tons CO2 be directly avoided every year from production that electricity. If radiative forcings considered, Andalucia offset between 9.44 12 Mt CO2. All provinces rest Spain also studied this paper. The biggest savings achieved Gran Canaria (48%), Tenerife Cadiz (36%), Murcia (33%), Huelva (30%), Malaga (29%), Almeria (29%) Sevilla (28%), where greater than 2 square meter roof for old dark roofs. For cities range obtained are: 7.4% 11% Madrid, 12% 18% Barcelona 14% 20% Valencia.
