摘要: The kinetics and tissue distribution of 3H-heparin a 3H-labelled low molecular weight heparin fragment were compared in normal rabbits as well with blocked renal function or reticuloendothelial system (RES). Radioactivity plasma, urine, liver kidneys, anti-FXa activity plasma determined. elimination was, when to controls, prolonged both dysfunction RES, while was the only parameter that significantly half-life Fragmin. Studies on revealed about 60 per cent radioactive dose accumulated kidney three hours after injection, whereas corresponding value less than 10 for Fragmin-derived radioactivity. recovery radioactivity urine within 5 35 dose, respectively, 3H-Fragmin. It is concluded from present study rapid rabbit (t1/2 = 17 minutes) mainly due high (liver kidney) Fragmin 28 caused by excretion.
