摘要: Abstract Background and objective Studies on the use of systemic therapy for psoriasis in pediatric patients are scarce. The main aim this study was to describe treatments used moderate severe clinical settings. second effectiveness safety these treatments. Material methods Descriptive, cross-sectional, multicenter under 18 years age with who were being treated or had been a drug (conventional biologic) phototherapy. We recorded demographic information, received, tolerance, adverse effects, response treatment. Results Data collected 40 (60% female; mean age, 13 years) received 63 total. most common first treatment (n = 40) phototherapy (administered 68% patients), followed by acitretin (15%). overall (n = 63) (57%) methotrexate (16%). At week 12 (evaluation phototherapy), 66% classified as good responders 22% partial responders. respective rates 24 only) 36% 32%. well tolerated (97%) effects reported just 11% cases. There no discontinuations because effects. Conclusions Phototherapy, methotrexate, series years. showed favorable profile associated rate at (systemic phototherapy) only).
