摘要: Cadmium (Cd) was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in small pieces (< 1 g) of healthy human ovaries excised for histologic examination. Cd levels the ovary increased linearly between 30 and 65 years age. Below years, there no age dependent increase over a tendency observed ovarian to decrease. There difference content fresh luteal nonluteal tissue taken from regularly cycling ovaries. In smokers, amount elevated compared nonsmokers. multiparous women (more than 3 children) decreased observed. physical mental workers. It can be proposed that may risk factor conception pregnancy their forties.
