摘要: This immunohistochemical study describes changes in the histology and distribution of basement membrane components laminin collagen IV as well cytokeratins (CK)1/2/10/11, CK5/6, CK13, CK14, CK17, CK19 during take free split mucosa (epithelial connective tissue) transplants humans up to 36 months post-operative. Histology showed a flattening epithelial layer within first 2 weeks after grafting, followed initially by an increase (25-30 layers, week 6) later on decrease cell layers epithelium (15-20 20). From that time onwards, clear stratification reteridges signs differentiation were present. Up day 14 graft take, linear staining patterns for interrupted, which was not observed at any stage. During this early interval CK1/2/10/11, CK14 CK17 expressed all layers. The reactions CK5/6 CK1/2/10/11 less intensive. At 6 weeks, stained intermediate superficial being consistent with findings longer take. reacted basal In following period 20, found parabasal cells cells. confined these too, but also some reaction CK13 still bound 7 post-operative, seen their typical localisation mainly focal areas Anti-CK19 only single 20. These results suggest healing mucosal autografts there is sequence expression biological markers may involve epithelio-connective tissue interaction before donor side again gingiva or hard palate.
