Adrenal myelolipoma--report of two cases.

摘要: Adrenal myelolipoma, whith is composed of hematopoietic and adipose elements, a rare benign tumor. Most adrenal myelolipomas are asymptomatic found incidentally. We report two cases myelolipoma. One was middle-aged woman with right flank pain. Tumor size increased 8 years later. The other patient 63-year-old man presenting soreness. tumor by abdominal sonography. Both them received adrenalectomy to relieve symptoms the pathologic results showed clinical, radiologic characteristics these discussed together review literature.
