摘要: Abstract Overcapacity is a major threat to the sustainability of tuna resources. Diverse actions are being carried out by RFMOs counteract this problem. This paper reviews and analyses both historical development fishing capacity management in their state art practices. Despite fact, that thus far, measures have not yielded expected results for reduction, they provide good basis improved at regional global levels.
