摘要: Monocyte chemotactic protein released by endothelium plays an important role in inflammation, immune reactions and probably atherogenesis. To elucidate the regulation of synthesis this protein, human gene encoding its was cloned nucleotide sequence determined. This is composed 3 exons 145, 118 478 bp length with 2 introns 800 385 length. Phorbol ester responsive elements (TRE) were found 129 157 upstream from translation initiation site phorbol treatment endothelial cell cultures elevated transcript level gene.
