摘要: A unique magnetorheological fluid (MRF) bypass damper for heavy vehicle controllable suspension systems is designed, fabricated, and tested. The can generate nearly 8000 N which meets the maximum force requirement preventing rollover under certain crucial circumstances. dynamic simulation of performance a incorporated with four MRF dampers carried out using software. Emergency maneuver scenario are simulated. results show that could achieve better protection from rollover. It estimated roll angle be reduced by 45% compared to regular original equipment manufacturer (OEM) passive dampers.
