Policy instruments fostering wind energy projects—a multi-perspective evaluation approach

摘要: Abstract During the last decade, a large number of policy instruments have been developed and implemented all over Europe aiming at supporting renewable energy project development. However, success different approaches varies significantly. Given very mechanisms diverse instruments, design or selection appropriate may cause methodological difficulties. In order to support instrument selection, economists several evaluation criteria. this paper states that most typically proposed applied criteria catalogues still neglect interests requirements important stakeholder groups. This paper, therefore, proposes more integrated approach taking into account relevant groups in three fields: business (especially wind industry), making conventional power business.
