摘要: Recent changes in environmental legislation have focused company thinking on business practices, particularly concerning the importance of integrating concerns like outsourcing and procurement supply chain networks. Supply partners are becoming progressively more accountable not only for their internal but also suppliers' behavior because implementing a "greener" is far from an individual strategy. The objective this paper to study difficulties that may be encountered by focal firm with its perspective practice issues, or improving these practices if they already exist. In we develop integrative conceptual framework show role relationship types, contract design clauses coordinate between supplier implementation green chain.
