摘要: Historically, management theory has ignored the constraints imposed by biophysical (natural) environment. Building upon resource-based theory, this article attempts to fill void proposing a natural-resource-based view of firm—a competitive advantage based firm's relationship natural It is composed three interconnected strategies: pollution prevention, product stewardship, and sustainable development. Propositions are advanced for each these strategies regarding key resource requirements their contributions sustained advantage.
