摘要: The present invention aims to overcome the drawback with conventional RFID tag devices having a short communication range, and expand range several times or more that in scheme. scheme is based on equilibrium feeding/equilibrium modulation (a two-terminal circuit for antenna operation), whereas disequilibrium three-terminal operation). simple rectification of received RF signals, employs combination stub resonance-based, impedance transformation boosting ladder ASK BPSK modulation, passive but can employ QPSK circuit.
