摘要: SUMMARY The effects of site application, growth environment, droplet size, and formulation adjuvants on the retention uptake 14C-chlormequat by wheat cv. Avalon barley Sonja have been examined using solutions applied a micro-sprayer. Wheat plants retained higher proportion droplets initial impaction than irrespective stage, application or formulation. Leaf increased approximately two-fold with increase in surfactant concentration (0·03·0–3% w/v) decrease size (200-125 μm) but declined markedly age leaf. Uptake, which was greater into barley, concentration, temperature combination irradiance plus rise soil moisture, after exposure to simulated dew. Droplet reflection chlormequat when fungicide preparations Bavistin Radar replaced Agral 90 spray mixtures. Droplets impacted more readily spread extensively over damaged surfaces field grown leaves. Both tissue combustion autoradiography showed that translocated only immature tissues.
