摘要: The invention relates to the method for producing antipeptide cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) by attaching a complex of class I HLA and peptide antigen presenting cell(s) (APCs) present in sample peripheral blood (PBLs), optionally removing excess HLA/peptide complex, incubating with proliferative cytokine. further CTL obtainable these methods treating subject administering such subject.
