摘要: Transceiver frequency and power level are allocated in a radio communications system which includes base station, personal terminal, network, by using smart card to store indicators. The stored indicators used set terminal-to-base station communications. may be removably coupled the or terminal. Since cards issued carrier, appropriate frequencies levels can assigned for stations, minimize same channel interference with network.
