摘要: A method and compounds useful for this are described enzyme-amplified signal detection in analytical assays requiring extremely high sensitivity which uses a substrate capable of being transformed by an enzyme from compound does not form luminescent lanthanide chelate into product forms chelate. The forming highly is enzymatically altered to produce hence particularly time-resolved luminescence analysis as required many different heterogeneous or homogeneous assay formats herein.
