摘要: Medical devices with a hydrogel layer covalently attached to portion of the outer surface medical device are provided along methods for applying coating. The can include first polymer species comprising polyethylene glycol (PEG) and second species. Examples PEG polyacrylamide (PAM). be at least partially cross-linked. Methods forming coatings on including nucleophilic conjugate reactions, such as Click reactions.
