摘要: The invention concerns a process for the production of hapten-labelled peptides which is characterized in that (a) peptide with desired amino acid sequence synthesized on solid phase from derivatives whose reactive side groups are blocked by protecting wherein primary selected such way that, if desired, they can be selectively cleaved off, (b) to form at least one free group, (c) hapten-active ester derivative coupled group and (d) still remain hapten being comprising sterols, bile acids, sexual hormones, corticoids, cardenolides, cardenolide-glycosides, bufadienolides, steroid-sapogenines steroid alkaloids.
