摘要: A system for providing a centrally planned, completely general routing that assigns traffic routes to maintain optimal stability. The includes plurality of fixed computers, linked by wide area network, which can communicate seemlessly with all vehicles in region via wireless communication system. is interactive, the computers receive data such as desired route, position and segment transit time from individual in-vehicle computer units determine route each unit.
