Paramagnetic relaxation in iron ammonium alum and diluted iron ammonium alum at very low temperatures

摘要: Synopsis Relaxation measurements have been performed on three samples of iron ammonium alum and a number diluted aluminium alums at liquid helium hydrogen temperatures in alternating magnetic fields frequencies below 1300 Hz. As the relaxation parameters are very long, new amplifier device has constructed which makes it possible to do accurate clown 3 hertz. In temperature region only 1 : 61 could be measured that is why discussion this paper limited results obtained temperatures. The experimental dispersion absorption curves compared with those follow from thermodynamical theory Casimir Du Pre. Considerable deviations found salts poor heat contact surrounding lesser extent contain physical impurities. depend concentration ions also above mentioned contact. Qualitative agreement if supposed developed spin system transported bath by means lattice oscillators excited transitions system.
