摘要: From a suggestive form of the charged fermion mass matrix elements b ➝ u, c and phase angle δ’ are predicted to be ≃ 0.003, 0.056, π/2, respectively. For top quark, which depends sensitively on quark ratio ms/mb, an average value 33 GeV is obtained.
